🧑‍💼 1. Guest Experience Manager

Experience: 3–5 years (Hotel / Café / QSR preferred)

Freshers with strong communication and energy are also welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests and ensure excellent service.
• Handle customer feedback & complaints.
• Train and guide service staff.
• Maintain hygiene and service standards.

Skills:

Good communication, leadership, and customer service orientation.

 2. F&B – Quality Control ExecutiveExperience: 1–3 years (Food quality / F&B operations preferred)**

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene & safety
• Conduct daily quality checksCoordinate with kitchen & procurement teams
• Maintain compliance with FSSAI standards

Skills:

• Food safety knowledge, attention to detail

3. F&B – Quality Control ExecutiveExperience: 1–3 years (Food quality / F&B operations preferred)**

• Coordinate between kitchen, billing, and service teams.
• Support team and maintain customer satisfaction.

 5. MIS Executive (Management Information Systems)Experience: 1–3 years**

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
• Manage inventory, sales & performance data
• Support management with insights for decision-making

. Business Development ExecutiveExperience: 1–3 years**

Responsibilities:

• Identify partnership & expansion opportunities
• Support catering & corporate sales
• Build strong business networks

Skills:

• Negotiation, communication, relationship-building

💰 3. Cashier

Experience: 1–2 years (Restaurant / Café preferred)

Freshers with good communication and basic computer skills can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle billing, cash, UPI & card payments.
• Maintain POS system and daily cash reports.
• Assist customers politely and efficiently.
• Bank Reconciliations

Skills:

POS operation, accuracy, and customer service.
