About the Role

As a Store Associate, you will be the face of CandidMen at our stores. You’ll assist customers in choosing the right outfits, manage bookings, handle pickups and returns, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store and lead the team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist customers with styling, product selection, and rental bookings.

✔ Manage order pickups and returns with proper verification.

✔ Update booking and return status in the system.

✔ Coordinate with backend team (packing & alterations).

✔ Support Store Manager in overall store operations.

What We’re Looking For

✨ 1–2 years of retail/customer service experience preferred.

✨ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills.

✨ Computer Knowledge

✨ Ability to multitask and step up as a leader when needed.

✨ Graduate/Undergraduate (fashion/retail background is a plus).
