Why this role exists:

As Eluno expands into physical retail, we need someone who can take a store from design to reality. This role exists to make sure our stores are built on time, within budget, and to the quality that a premium brand requires. You will be the person who owns the entire store build-out process on the ground.What you will do in this roleYou will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Eluno’s retail stores. This includes:

• Preparing and managing BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Managing the complete store construction and fit-out process
• Getting quotations from vendors and negotiating costs
• Coordinating with architects, designers, contractors and suppliers
• Managing timelines, site work and daily progress
• Ensuring quality, safety and compliance at site
• Closing projects and handing over ready-to-open stores

We are looking for someone who:

• Has handled store build-outs, fit-outs or retail interiors
• Has 2–4 years of experience working with mall teams, retail brands and on-ground construction
• Understands BOQs, vendor management and site execution
• Is technically strong in materials, drawings, costing and timelines
• Is known for high integrity and strong ownership
• Can be trusted to manage money, vendors and quality without constant supervision
