Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateLocation: IndiDhaage Store, Bangalore

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product stories (handmade, craft, sustainability, artisan background)
• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Handle billing, packaging, and basic POS operations
• Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
• Manage inventory, stock updates, and reporting
• Support during events, pop-ups, and exhibitions
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in retail / fashion / lifestyle sales (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Good communication in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada
• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in handloom, handicrafts, or sustainable fashion is a plus
