Retail Sales Assistant - Gym Wear Store

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their fitness and apparel requirements
• Guide customers on gym wear, activewear fits, sizes, fabrics, and performance features
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Promote new launches, offers, and FUAARK collections
• Ensure proper merchandising, folding, and visual display as per brand guidelines
• Handle billing (cash, UPI, card) and maintain billing accuracy
• Manage stock availability, size replenishment, and inventory checks
• Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain store hygiene, trial room standards, and brand presentation
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in retail, apparel, gym wear, or fashion store sales is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
• Passion for fitness, fashion, and active lifestyle
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable with retail shifts, weekends, and holidays
