Location: Kadence Xperience Store – [Indiranagar]

Kadence Xperience Store is a specialty retail outlet for musical instruments (guitars, ukuleles, accessories) under the Kadence brand. We are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate instruments, drive sales, and maintain store standards. The role involves customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, inventory support, and adherence to operational procedures.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable instruments/accessories

- Demonstrate products and process sales transactions accurately

- Meet sales targets and contribute to store goals

- Maintain store presentation, displays, and inventory

- Support store operations including opening/closing, POS, and audits

- Represent the Kadence brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

- Undergraduate preferred, with Fresher or Experienced in retail sales experience (musical instruments/electronics/apparels is a plus)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work on timings of (10:45 AM – 8:30 PM, 6 days/week including weekends/holidays)
