Retail Sales Associate

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent Sales service and a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with Inventory Management
• Demo and explain products to customers and answer questions about products.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily sales targets
• Use every opportunity to cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Should be able to speak basic English and be fluent in either Hindi or Kannada

Sales Executive Requirements:

• Must have experience in retail sales
• Ability to listen to customers' needs and help them find the right products.
• Ability to describe product features in a simple way 
• Computer literate, including using point-of-sale systems.
• Honest approach to communication.
• Product and fashion industry knowledge
