Job Description
- Coordinate and support daily sales coordination
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery, and inquirie
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and presentations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
