Job Details:

Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in purchasing Product. Achieve sales

targets and earn incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist customers choose from a wide range of jewellery products

 Cross-sell and upsell products

 Wish customers on birthdays/anniversaries, invite them to celebrate at the store

 Follow brand SOPs and policies

 Manage store operations, including stock management and display

 Maintain safety and security of products

 Provide support to marketing and VM teams

 Collect and share customer feedback to improve satisfaction and ratings

 Manage stocks Inward /Outward

 Ensure VM Display

 Develop relationships with competitors to improve store performance

 Collect customer feedback and share with corporate teams

 Assist improve customer satisfaction and store ratings

 Training will be provided for freshers, including process and policy induction.

 Education: MBA & PGDM (Sales & Marketing ) Degree in Any Stream UG , Diploma

Programme (Aviation, Hospitality)

 Relevant Experience: Fresher or 2-3 years experienced

 CTC: ₹3.6 - ₹4.2 lakh per annum (includes basic salary, allowances, and benefits)

 Incentives: 5000-6000(Achieving Target)

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to operational excellence across Titan’s

jewellery brands — Tanishq, CaratLane, and Shaya. Interns will gain practical

insights into store processes, customer experience operations, and value-addition

initiatives. The role focuses on contributing to the Project and supporting Tanishq

schemes functions to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

 Analyse existing store processes and identify opportunities to increase value

addition from 5% to 8%

 Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve store operations and customer

engagement.

 Support teams in achieving project milestones and enhancing overall business

performance.

o Tanishq store operations

o CaratLane service and fulfilment processes

o Customer support and service delivery frameworks

 Provide end-to-end assistance in monthly schemes -related Ideas Execution

Required Skill Set

 Strong communication skills (English, Hindi Preferable)

 Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Customer-centric approach and service mindset

 Ability to collaborate with store and operations teams

 Interest in retail, luxury brands, and process improvement
