Role Overview
We’re looking for a well-spoken and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent Eluno at our store. You’ll help customers discover eyewear that fits them while ensuring a seamless in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with frame and lens selection
- Explain product features and styling options confidently
- Handle billing, POS, and stock management
- Maintain store display and cleanliness
- Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience
- Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail or fashion sales experience
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Strong communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset
- Should be Bangalore based
