Responsibilities:

• Supervising the delivery of products and services to customers.
• Creating a customer-centric environment that is interactive, engaging, and reassuring to build customer confidence.
• Adhering to the selling process and organizational policies while maintaining the store's cleanliness and visual appeal.
• Utilizing downtime for self-improvement, including enhancing communication skills, familiarising with SOPs, and managing inventory.
• Executing operational tasks such as paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
• Addressing customer inquiries about products, pricing, and billing, and handling customer escalations.
• Achieving sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
• Demonstrating flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Remaining in an enclosed area for the entirety of the shift while assisting customers.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Availability to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
• Proficient in spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
