Roles Responsibilities: We are having an opening for the post of Store Customer Relationship Executive/Manager at our store. Please refer to the job details as mentioned below.

1. Consultative Selling

· To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs and profile.

· To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision.

· To develop clear understanding of Customer's latent needs proactively and suggest add-on products.

· Suggest (Link / Upsell) relevant accessories pertaining to the product chosen by the customer.

· To inform the customers about the finance options available.

· To inform the customers about the ongoing promotions / offers in the store.

Other Responsibilities

Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.

Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.

Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.

Requirement:
