Retail Sales Executive

Keychron India is looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Store Executive to join our Bangalore retail team. If you enjoy interacting with people, love technology, and want to work with premium mechanical keyboards, this role is for you.

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 (in hand)

Experience: 0–2 years (Retail / Store experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in understanding and selecting Keychron keyboards and accessories

• Demonstrate product features and provide hands-on guidance

• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and inventory organization

• Handle billing, basic POS operations, and customer queries

• Support daily store operations and coordinate with the team for smooth functioning

Requirements • Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude

• Basic understanding of electronics or computer accessories is a plus

• Willingness to work in retail hours and weekends
