We are a dedicated provider of high-quality IT hardware, components, and infrastructure solutions. We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for our computer shop to guide walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and successfully convert them into sales. The role also involves B2B client interaction and corporate sales support.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Guide walk-in customers about computer hardware and IT products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking, components)
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
• Handle B2B and corporate client requirements
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery

👤 Required Profile:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware (SSD vs HDD, processors, configurations, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English
• Confident, sales-driven, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Experience: 1–3 years in IT hardware sales / retail computer sales / B2B sales preferred
