Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This is an inside sales role based at the store/outlet.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Greet and engage walk-in customers at the retail outlet
• Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers
• Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle inquiries, objections, and convert leads into sales
• Maintain daily sales records and update the internal database
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store profitability
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in Sales
• Gender: Male
• Documents Required: Aadhar Card, PAN Card
• Salary & Benefits:Salary Range (NTH): ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹3,000 to ₹9,000 per month (performance-based)
• Work Mode: Face-to-Face (In-store Sales)
