Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive for our Bangalore showroom who can handle walk-in customers as well as telecalling leads. The role focuses on lead conversion, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers at the Bethliving showroom
• Telecall generated leads, inquiries, and past customers for follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable interior solutions
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and USPs
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through regular follow-ups
• Share quotations and coordinate with design and installation teams
• Maintain customer data and lead status in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and support post-sales coordination when required
• Eligibility & Requirements1–5 years of experience in retail/showroom/telecalling sales
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outbound telecalling and lead follow-ups
• Customer-focused with good negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and WhatsApp
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays
