Job Description
Job Summary:Dreamlife Decor is looking for a proactive Retail Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. You will be the face of our showroom, helping customers choose the best decor and furniture while managing a high-volume lead pipeline.
- Key Responsibilities:Showroom Sales: Walk customers through our furniture collections and provide design-based suggestions to help them choose the right products.
- Lead Management: Handle the daily digital lead pipeline. You are required to follow up with 30+ customers daily via phone and WhatsApp.
- Conversion: Your goal is to move customers from a phone inquiry to a showroom visit and final purchase.
- Order Tracking: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a clear record of calls made and sales closed.
