1. Retail Sales executive (Full time employment)

  • Years of experience - 1.6 yrs Minimum
  • Salary - 3.5 LPA
  • Age - Maximum 35 to 38 years (Dont process candidates more than 38 yrs)
  • Experience in Telecom - Broadband sector is must
  • No leads will be given to the candidates; candidates will be provided with the area name; they should convert leads on their own
  • Candidates should be presentable or in formal wear while working
  • Candidates should be comfortable with door-to-door sales; B2B and B2C Sales.
  • Candidates must have a bike and driving license.
  • Apart from salary 140 Rs petrol allowances will be given to the candidates (per day)
  • Candidates may require to travel 40 to 50 kms everyday
  • 6 days working on field, 1 week off during weekdays
  • Good communication with English and also in the local language is a must (Kannada).
  • Attractive incentive over and above the salary upon the target achievement
  • Mediclaim insurance coverage of 1 lakh for self
  • Need immediate joinersKey Responsibilities:

  • Sell ACT Fibernet products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area
  • Generate leads through door-to-door activity and cold calling or through various channels and conduct BTL marketing activities
  • Assist in sales planning and reporting
  • Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
  • Handle inquiries and follow up on sales leads 
  •   
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Prior experience in field sales preferred
  • Fluent in Kannada and English
  • Own two-wheeler with a valid license


Leave Policy : Candidates will be eligible for 30 Days leave

18 days paid leave + 12 days (sick/casual leave)

1st 6 Months only 1 leave will be allowed.
