Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore store team. The role involves in-store sales as well as supporting our premium “Try at Home” service by visiting customers at their location.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewelry buying experience
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
• Handle end-to-end sales process including product presentation, pricing explanation, billing, and after-sales support
• Visit customers’ locations for Try at Home appointments as scheduled by the company
• Maintain proper handling, safety, and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases
• Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and inventory coordination
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, customization, and delivery timelines

Eligibility & Requirements

• Prior experience in diamond, gold, jewelry, or luxury retail sales (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for customer visits
• Comfortable working in a retail store environment, including weekends and holidays
