Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our women’s ethnic wear store located on Commercial Street. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of customer service. You will assist customers in selecting ethnic garments, provide styling advice, and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers warmly upon entering the store.

Assist clients in choosing ethnic wear suited to their style and requirement. Requires up selling more than client's needs.

Offer styling suggestions, fabric information, and customization guidance.

Maintain store displays, ensuring garments and accessories are neatly arranged and appealing.

Handle billing, cash transactions, and operate the POS system efficiently.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the store at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum education: 12th Pass.

1–3 years of experience in apparel or retail sales (preferably in women’s ethnic or bridal wear).

Knowledge of Indian ethnic garments kurtis, nighties, salwar suits and different kind of fabrics

Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers efficiently.

Working Hours

11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

(Full-time position; includes weekends and festive periods.)
