Retail Sales Executive

Core responsibilities

• Sales and customer service:Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide detailed product information.

• Handle customer complaints, returns, and other issues professionally. 
• Store and inventory management:Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including arranging merchandise displays. 
• Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management. 
• Product knowledge and strategy:Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product features. 
• Participate in promotional activities and in-store events. 
• Reporting and collaboration:Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales performance. 
• Provide feedback and insights to management to improve sales strategies. 
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives.
