The RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of retail experience, we want people who are passionate about people, confident on the floor, and motivated to perform. You will be the face of our store, guiding customers through a curated portfolio of premium brands and helping them find exactly what they're looking for.

• What You'll DoWelcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive in-store experience from the moment they walk in.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products across our brand portfolio with genuine product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets consistently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Stay up to date on product launches, brand campaigns, and promotions across all six brands to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns smoothly, ensuring every interaction — even post-purchase — leaves a great impression.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store floor.
• Build rapport with repeat customers and contribute to long-term customer loyalty.

• Strong communication skills in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Confidence in handling premium customers and a natural ability to upsell and cross-sell without being pushy.
• A hunger to meet targets and a competitive yet collaborative team spirit.
• Basic comfort with billing systems and point-of-sale technology (training will be provided).
• A well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive, energetic presence on the floor.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is an advantage — but freshers with the right attitude are equally welcome.
