Job Summary

ROKKX Apparels is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executive for our Men’s Clothing Store. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising
• Handle billing, POS operations & cash transactions
• Manage stock and coordinate for replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Inform customers about offers, discounts & new arrivals
• Build long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
• 3+ year experience in retail sales (apparel preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Local Language: Kannada (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of South Indian languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam (Preferred)
• Basic English communication (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems
• Presentable and well-groomed personality
