Job Description
Greet customers and understand their requirements
Assist customers in selecting sunglasses based on style, comfort, and UV protection
Explain product features, brands, pricing, and offers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell premium sunglasses and accessories
Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
Manage stock, inward/outward entries, and inventory updates
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
