Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our in-store team. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, understanding their interior requirements, and recommending suitable products like plywood, laminates, veneers, louvers, 3D panels, flooring, Furniture & Lighting and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate interior materials
• Provide product demos and explain features, pricing, and usage
• Coordinate with backend team for inventory, orders, and follow-ups
• Build relationships with interior designers and architects for repeat business

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in interior/retail
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English
• Product knowledge in interiors is a strong advantage
• Professional, proactive, and result-oriented

Salary: Based on experience + incentives
