Job Details: As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll handle high-end customer support escalations, drive sales growth, and build long-term relationships with premium customers You will resolve offer tailored solutions, Drive sales growth and unlock attractive incentives by meeting and exceeding targets foster trust and loyalty by building strong, personalized relationships with customers Key Responsibilities: • Offer personalized service to our esteemed High-End customers, guiding them through our exquisite jewellery collection and ensuring their experience is truly exceptional Provide support to marketing and VM teams • Mark special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries with personalized greetings and invitations to celebrate at our store • Uphold our brand's standards by adhering to SOPs and policies • Oversee store operations, including inventory management and visual display, to ensure a seamless experience • Ensure the safety and security of our precious products, maintaining the trust our customers place in us • Gathering and sharing feedback to drive improvements and boost satisfaction • Managing inventory and logistics to ensure products are always available • Creating visually stunning displays to elevate the shopping experience • Building connections with industry peers to stay ahead of trends and drive store growth • Collaborating with corporate teams to implement feedback and drive customer satisfaction • Delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive business growth and success
