Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Executive to manage showroom walk-ins,

understand customer requirements, recommend suitable furniture solutions, and close sales while ensuring a

smooth and satisfying buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally

• Understand customer requirements related to furniture, space, and budget

• Explain product features, materials, finishes, and customization options

• Use a consultative sales approach to recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products

• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations

• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and update POS systems accurately

• Handle customer queries and post-sale coordination professionally

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in retail sales (furniture / home décor preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in furniture, interiors, and design trends

• Target-oriented with good closing skills

• Customer-first mindset and professional attitude

• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge

• Minimum high school qualification (interior or sales training is a plus)
