Retail Sales Executive

We are hiring for Premium Retail Associates - Eyewear Category

 Role Responsibilities:-

• Drive kiosk/store sales and support customers with product discovery & basic styling
• Deliver a friendly, premium and fashion-led in-store experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and strong conversion rates
• Share customer feedback & competitor insights with the team
• Maintain kiosk hygiene, display standards and visual appeal
• Record sales accurately and coordinate with the central operations team

 Skill-Set Required

• Retail & Selling Skills
• Customer handling, product pitching, sales closing
• Upselling, cross-selling, generating conversions
• Comfortable using POS/CRM tools

Communication & Behavioural Skills

• Strong communication (English/Hindi)
• Confident, stylish, friendly and approachable personality
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend products
• Objection-handling and relationship-building

Fashion & Styling Skills

• Good fashion sense and trend awareness
• Ability to provide basic styling suggestions
• Premium grooming, presentation and visual sensibility

Operational Skills

• Daily reporting & basic sales analysis
• Maintaining hygiene, display and brand standards
• Internal coordination and timely updates

Personal Attributes

• Stylish, well-groomed and premium presentation
• Energetic, dynamic and career-driven
• Quick learner, positive attitude
• Immediate joiners preferred

 Requirements

• 1–3 years retail experience (eyewear or jewellery preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-engagement skills
• Comfortable with CRM/POS and basic reports
• Joining immediately or within 30 days

 Compensation & Benefits

• ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 In-hand (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
