Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves engaging with walk-in clients and professionals, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable interior products to meet their design needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with walk-in customers and professionals (Architects, Interior designers, homeowners, etc.) at the experience centre.
  • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate products (e.g., laminates, plywood, edge bands, hardware).
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to guide customers through choices, features, and price points.
  • Generate quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Coordinate with backend and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in interior products, building materials, or hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials and finishes is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
  • Target-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive.
