Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Staff member to manage daily store operations, assist customers, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
- Assist in receiving and arranging new stock
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/POS system knowledge
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Qualifications:Minimum: 10th / 12th pass or any degree
- Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
