Job Description
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and consumables.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and operational readiness.
- Inventory & Stock Control Maintain accurate stock records and control wastage.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or over-stocking.
- Conduct regular stock verification and report variances.
- Management Deliver a welcoming and customer-centric service environment.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Team & Workforce Management Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and discipline.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Maintain staff motivation, hygiene discipline, and operational accountability.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Promote new products, combos, and seasonal offers at the outlet level.
- Support marketing initiatives and upselling strategies.
- Handle daily cash management and billing accuracy.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Control operational expenses to improve outlet profitability.
- Assist management in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
