Responsibilities:

1. Lead day-to-day store operations
2. Greet customers and ensure high service standards
3. Drive sales through active selling and floor supervision
4. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
5. Manage and motivate store staff
6. Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and smooth billing
7. Monitor inventory levels and control shrinkage

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in supermarket chains (DMart / Reliance Smart / More / SPAR etc.)
2. Strong sales and team management skills
3. Comfortable interacting with customers and handling day-to-day retail communication (Kannada & English must)
4. Hands-on, disciplined, and target-driven
