·      Demonstrate laptop features and compare different models to support purchase decisions.

·      Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·      Maintain product knowledge across various laptop brands and their specifications.

·      Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and that laptops are displayed attractively.

·      Assist in inventory tracking, stock management, and price updates.

·      Process billing and coordinate with backend/support staff as needed.

·      Handle post-sales inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

·      Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and competitor offerings.
