Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.

Inventory & Cash Management

• Ensure accurate stock availability and conduct regular stock audits.
• Prevent stock loss, theft, or discrepancies.
• Manage billing, cash, card transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.

Reporting

• Submit daily sales, stock, and attendance reports.
