Retail Store Manager

We are a premium jewelry brand of Titan Company Limited. We are looking at someone who can handle a team of 4-5. S/he needs to know good English and have good communication and leadership skills. Some one with strong retail background is preferred, with a jewelry background will be an added advantage. The person needs to be good at sales and in customer service handling, driven to meet targets set by the company. well versed in Applied Mathematics, MS Excel, making reports, good team player. The Store Manager is also required to do sales sometimes and attend to customers, plan customer - centric activities at the store. S/he is responsible for the upkeep of the store. Incentives would be awarded based on the different parameters.
