Retail Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Promote and embody Korean culture, engaging customers in a warm and playful manner

· Work in both outlets (Hosur Road and New BEL Road) based on requirement; candidate may need to travel between both locations.

· Sales - Assist customers with purchases, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries

· Inventory Management - Restock shelves and manage in-store inventory levels effectively

· Housekeeping and Accounts - Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, housekeeping, and basic accounting

· Use ERP software to manage inventory, invoicing, and sales tracking

· Implement, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Provide regular updates and operational feedback to the business owners

Timings:

· We have two shifts - day shift (from 10.30am to 5pm) and night shift (from 5pm to 11pm)

· You will work 6 days a week - 5 Days will be 6 hour shift, and one of the days may be a 12 hour shift.
