Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Varthur-Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling inventory coordination, sales operations, reporting, and implementing strategies to support store performance.

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role requires strong people skills, emotional stability, and the ability to manage real-time operational challenges while working towards overall business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Overall store management and daily operations

Sales and operational execution

Customer management and complaint handling

Employee supervision, support, and coordination

Emotional stability and conflict management in high-pressure situations

Reporting, documentation, and record maintenance

Creating, implementing, and improving store processes

Sales analysis, trend tracking, and performance insights

Planning and handling in-store events and promotions

Supporting business promotion and growth tracking

Qualifications

Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent shopping experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet business goals

Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Proficiency in Store Management, including handling inventory, staff supervision, and sales strategies

Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and secure store assets

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire a team

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and achieve business goals

Eligibility

Graduates in B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, or any discipline

Freshers and experienced candidates

6 Day week
