Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for end-to-end operations of a Swiggy cloud kitchen, ensuring smooth kitchen functioning, food quality, hygiene compliance, inventory control, staff management, and achievement of business KPIs such as order fulfillment, customer ratings, and cost control.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch
• Ensure adherence to Swiggy SOPs, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols
• Monitor order flow, preparation time, and delivery coordination
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Operations (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant operations
• Prior experience with Swiggy/Zomato operations is an advantage
