Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for end-to-end operations of a Swiggy cloud kitchen, ensuring smooth kitchen functioning, food quality, hygiene compliance, inventory control, staff management, and achievement of business KPIs such as order fulfillment, customer ratings, and cost control.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch
- Ensure adherence to Swiggy SOPs, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols
- Monitor order flow, preparation time, and delivery coordination
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Operations (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant operations
- Prior experience with Swiggy/Zomato operations is an advantage
