Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Drive walk-in conversion, upselling, and cross-selling
• Monitor daily sales reports and take corrective actions
• Execute promotions and brand campaigns in-store

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store
• Maintain store cleanliness, VM standards, and brand guidelines
• Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs

Team Management

• Manage store staff
• Prepare duty rosters
• Motivate staff to achieve targets and improve performance
• Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback

Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations
• Maintain long-term customer relationships

Inventory & Stock Control

• Ensure correct stock receiving and system entries
• Monitor stock levels and avoid stock loss or pilferage
• Conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate with HO for replenishment and transfers

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure statutory and company compliance
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain HR and payroll-related data accurately
