Retail Store Manager

A Silk Saree Sales Supervisor leads the retail team to achieve sales targets by providing expert product knowledge on fabrics (silk, cotton, etc.), designs, and care. Responsibilities include motivating staff, managing inventory, ensuring high-end customer service, and resolving customer complaints. They also organize visual merchandising to showcase sarees effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Set, monitor, and exceed daily/monthly sales targets, motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various silk types
• Team Management: Train, coach, and schedule sales staff, ensuring high-quality customer engagement and sales techniques.
• Customer Experience: Handle escalated issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom floor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion, textiles, or high-end apparel.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong fashion sense, and proficiency in sales techniques.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, often with a preference for a business-related degree.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
