Store Operations Manager (Female)

We are looking for a responsible and energetic female candidate who can manage the complete store operations from opening to closing and supervise the team efficiently. The candidate should be a quick learner, disciplined, and capable of handling store responsibilities independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full store operations from opening to closing

• Manage daily sales, billing, and customer service

• Supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain proper stock management and inventory control

• Coordinate packing, dispatch, courier, and delivery operations

• Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and product display

• Assist customers in choosing the right supplements

• Handle dealer and customer inquiries professionally

• Maintain daily sales and operational reports

Requirements:

• Female candidate only

• Quick learner with strong responsibility

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage staff and store operations independently

• Interest in the fitness / supplement industry is an advantage
