Job Description

  1. General Office Management: 
  2. Keeping the space tidy and presentable at all times for walk-ins; 
  3. Drinking Water at the office; 
  4. Meals at the office for teams; 
  5. Supplies and Materials Tracker - ensuring office supplies are properly and timely stocked; 
  6. Stationery to be refilled and restocked timely, including pen ink refills, notebooks, etc and printer ink cartridges. 
  7. Preparing the office for events; 
  8. Managing the inventory on display including for events: 
  9. Identifying fast moving / popular categories and sizes in demand and stocking the shelves appropriately; 
  10. Steam iron all items properly for presenting; 
  11. Arranging according to size; 
  12. Ensuring all product price tags are visible and complete 
  13. Updating the register for inventory on display (manual register) 
  14. Managing inventory online: 
  15. Updating sold products on the website from offline sales and internal inventory sheet trackers; 
  16. Uploading new products for sales on the website; 
  17. Coordinating with vendor and internal team to ensure accurate product information and image for each product to be uploaded; 
  18. Visual merchandising of the office (deciding placement of racks, products, billing counter etc to ensure maximum enjoyability and purchase uptake (including cross selling of upcycled products) to walk in customers; 
  19. Managing customer communication: 
  20. Managing customers who walk in for drop offs and sales (on-going, custom bookings and on event days)
  21. Attending calls for queries; 
  22. Calling customers for events and queries received through whatsapp / instagram / website; 
  23. Texting customers details on whatsapp; 
  24. Whatsapp community messaging; 
  25. Instagram stories and WhatsApp stories for customer engagement; 
  26. Instagram and website queries replies. 
  27. Making sales: 
  28. Sales pitch 
  29. Cross selling 
  30. Billing and Invoicing 
  31. Packaging and Greeting 
  32. Post-purchase follow up for review 
  33. Digitising and maintain customer data online: 
  34. General vendor management 
  35. Coordinating with the team for other activities and helping out during shoot days, or in down time, help out team for new inventory upload etc.
