About the Role We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage operations at our new FNP (Ferns N Petals) store in Gunjur, Bangalore.

This role is ideal for a BBA/MBA looking for practical experience in store operations, customer engagement, order management, and retail management.

• Key Responsibilities Store Operations Independently manage the store
• Ensure smooth functioning of daily store activities.
• Perform end-of-day closure procedures including cash settlement and securing inventory.
• Prepare the store to be customer-ready for the next day.
• Online Order ManagementHandle and process online orders received during the shift.
• Assign orders to delivery personnel and track delivery status.
• Manage procurement from different vendor gift, plant, cake on regular basis.
• Coordinate with delivery boys for pickups and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor shipment updates to avoid delays.
• Customer Communication & Issue ManagementCall customers for feedback, order updates, and confirmations.
• Address customer issues promptly and ensure service quality.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & System Updates Manage offline store inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Update stock information in the management software.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Shift HandoverComplete the handover process at the end of the shift.
• Submit daily reports on sales, orders, inventory, and issues.
• Candidate Requirements Preferably MBA or BBA or Past experience in cake, Gift and Flower sales area,
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle order management tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
