Job Description
Role Type: Full-time, Residential (Live-in).
Location: Bengaluru.

About CloudVictor: CloudVictor is an AWS-focused technology startup on a mission to help tech companies optimize their cloud footprint. We specialize in reducing cloud costs, hardening security, and building scalable infrastructure. We are looking for a high-ownership professional to serve as a force multiplier for the Founder, sitting at the heart of our revenue growth and technical delivery engine.
The Role: This is not a traditional analyst role. You will be the architect of our internal systems, the guardian of our revenue funnel, and the bridge between our technical team and our customers. You will thrive here if you love building systems, automating the mundane, and translating technical complexity into professional customer deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years in Operations, Growth, Consulting, or a Founder’s Office role within a B2B tech startup.
- Systems Thinking: Proven ability to design, implement, and iterate on complex business processes.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with API integrations, low-code automation (Zoho Flow/Zapier), and basic scripting (Python or Deluge).
- CRM Expertise: Strong command of CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and revenue pipeline reporting.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, structured documentation, and measuring the efficiency of every process you build.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the AWS/Cloud/DevOps ecosystem. Not necessary.
- Experience with Zoho One suite (Analytics, CRM, Flow, etc.) and outreach platforms like Lemlist.
