Revenue & Reservations Manager

1. Reservations Management

• Handle all booking enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website, Instagram, and OTAs
• Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings as per policy
• Coordinate with property teams for room availability
• Send booking confirmations, payment links, and pre-arrival communication
• Educate guests on policies (check-in time, food, cancellation, etc.)
• Follow up for pending payments and incomplete bookings

2. Revenue & Pricing Control Set and manage room rates (weekday, weekend, peak season, festivals)

• Control minimum stay rules and blackout dates
• Optimise pricing for high-demand periods (especially festivals & weekends)
• Avoid unnecessary discounting and rate leakage
• Track ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR

3. OTA & Channel Manager Handling

• Manage inventory and rate parity across all OTAs
• Update availability and pricing using channel manager
• Monitor promotions and visibility on OTAs
• Coordinate with property teams to avoid overbookings

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Generate and check daily reports
• Weekly occupancy & revenue summary
• Monthly revenue performance report
• Coordinate with accounts team for payment tracking
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth guest experience

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong experience with OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Experience using Channel Manager / Booking Engine
• Good communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Kannada a plus)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Ability to handle guest calls professionally
• Good understanding of hotel pricing & seasonality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
