Position - RMMS Engineer
Location - Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai, Bangalore
Number of positions - 4
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1. Essential Skills
Daily Technical Support:
- Handle day-to-day technical support activities for passbook printers and kiosks.
Remote Monitoring & Support:
- Monitor kiosks remotely through RMMS tools.
- Provide real-time support to field engineers for issue resolution.
Troubleshooting & Coordination:
- Interact with field teams to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Uptime Monitoring & Escalation:
- Continuously track the uptime of passbook kiosks.
- Escalate issues to concerned teams to ensure service continuity and SLA adherence.
2. Desirable Skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with bank officials and internal teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to document issues and maintain service logs.
- Basic understanding of kiosk hardware, networking, and passbook printing systems.
