RO Technician

Service Engineer ( Ro Technician / Water Softener Technician)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Industrial RO Technician who can install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants, softeners, DM plants, filtration systems, and other water-treatment equipment. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial water-treatment systems.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Installation & CommissioningInstall and commission Industrial RO Plants, Softener Plants, and other water-treatment systems.
• Conduct pre-installation site inspection and layout assessment.
• Configure pumps, dosing systems, membranes, filters, valves, and electrical panels.
• Operations & MaintenancePerform routine preventive maintenance for RO systems (membrane cleaning, filter replacement, pump service).
• Monitor system performance: pressure, TDS, recovery rate, flow, conductivity, chemical dosing, etc.
• Maintain logs for operation parameters and service activities.
• Ensure systems are operating efficiently as per design.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose issues related to pressure drop, membrane fouling, pump failures, electrical faults, leakages, etc.
• Replace faulty components and restore system performance.
• Conduct chemical cleaning (CIP) of membranes.
