Safety Supervisor

1.Safety Management

.      Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and site safety plans.

·      Conduct daily site inspections and safety walks.

·      Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

·      Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.

·      Ensure proper use of PPE by all personnel.

2.Compliance & Audits

·      Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and safety laws.

·      Liaise with government authorities and safety inspectors when required.

·      Conduct internal and external EHS audits.

·      Maintain statutory registers and safety documentation.

3.Training & Awareness

·      Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks (TBT).

·      Organize emergency drills and safety awareness programs.

·      Train employees and contractors on EHS practices.

·      Promote behavioral safety programs.

4.Incident Management

·      Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

·      Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis.

·      Recommend preventive and corrective actions.

·      Track safety performance indicators.

7.Site Coordination

·      Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

·      Ensure safe work practices during high-risk activities.

·      Stop unsafe work when required.
