Job Overview:Niveshartha is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven B2C Finance Advisory Sales Executives to engage directly with retail clients and help them make informed investment decisions. The role involves explaining financial advisory services, converting leads into clients, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Connect with retail customers via calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer financial goals and suggest suitable advisory plans
- Explain Niveshartha’s investment advisory services clearly and confidently
- Convert qualified leads into paid clients
- Maintain CRM records and update client interactions regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with advisory and research teams for client support
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduation in any discipline (Finance background preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of stock market / financial products (training provided)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain
- Preferred Candidates:Experience in B2C sales, telesales, banking, insurance, or financial services
- Freshers with interest in stock market & investment advisory
- Immediate joiners preferred
