Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, inventory levels, and brand compliance.

Enhance member experience by building strong relationships and resolving queries or escalations promptly.

Track feedback, retention metrics, and NPS to ensure high member satisfaction and centre performance.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma with 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or service roles; strong communication, ownership mindset, and passion for fitness preferred.
